For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of serving individuals and families throughout Fredericksburg and the surrounding communities. Today, that experience has grown into work especially close to my heart—helping older adults and their families navigate where and how they want to live next.
Through Discover Senior Living, I provide personal guidance to families exploring senior living options. I believe finding the right place isn’t simply about care needs or amenities. It’s about understanding the whole person—their independence, preferences, lifestyle, family and hopes for the years ahead.

My own family lives in a multigenerational home, giving me firsthand understanding of the joys, responsibilities and sometimes difficult conversations that come with supporting aging loved ones while raising the next generation. It has taught me that decisions about aging and where to live rarely affect just one person—they are family decisions.
